About Us

Hewer Text is a typesetting company with a history of over 25 years. In 2005 there was a management buyout - Andrew Tennant and Harry Brown, two long-serving employees bought Hewer Text from its previous owners. Andrew and Harry are very keen to continue running the business successfully, providing quality products and services at competitive prices. “We have a well-earned reputation for supplying the publishing industry with some of the finest typesetting – we wish to enhance that reputation and we look forward to the next 25 years.”

Environmentally Aware

As a company trading in the 21st century we realise that we have a responsibility to help protect the environment in which we all live, and as such have made the decision to use only recycled paper. The paper we use is Niceday 3500 which can be purchased from many sources (we get ours from Office Depot). It goes without saying that all of our waste paper and cardboard is recycled.
